Dead Club? Open Boards?

Seeing as this Club looks to be DOA...or at the very least on a "Hasbro Hiatus" while Dave works through his Health issues.

Would anybody object to opening up the board so Non Club members like myself can see and Read the "Members Only" sections?

Do we have any admins still frequenting the board who could give this some consideration?

I have long feared this board's death. I visit this site one or more times a day and I have noticed that it is a bit of a ghost town around here lately. Other that the dollars that I have invested in this club, it brings me inspiration so I would really hate to see it get an early buirial. I have hope that Dave will recover and we will get the Club figures and this site will go on to see Year Two.

I'll check with jaimanstone about maybe opening the boards. It sortof contradicts the paid membership status idea, but given the current state of the Club, that might be fine.

With the news that SK Omega is most likely kaput, I'd like to see this Club revive and succeed. But the heart of the organization is SlayerDave, and as his brainchild, the Club hinges on his health and well-being.

Any news about Dave, Scot?

I haven't heard from SlayerDave since his last post here. Cancer is a tough beast to fight. You can feel great one day and terrible the next. I'm hoping he just feels a little weak as he's recovering from the treatments early this summer.

My thoughts are with him, and i wish all the best in his recovery.
